About Us

Located in Peoria, Illinois, Hoerr Machinery is a used equipment dealer providing quality machinery to the construction and earthmoving industry for over 20 years. Our "Can Do" attitude and quick response time have elevated us within this industry! We are a family owned business and have seven employees.

Hoerr Machinery's primary business is the purchase, repair, and marketing of used Caterpillar equipment. Our customer base includes factory dealers, used equipment dealers, and end users. We have a comprehensive repair facility to complete repairs of any magnitude. Our facility has over 5,000 square feet and is equipped with all-necessary tooling and supplies. Our technicians are junior college graduates who also complete continuing education classes each year.

Hoerr Machinery provides rental machinery to the local market. We rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. We also provide lease purchase options to clients.

Hoerr Machinery provides inspection and evaluation services. Having more than 70 years experience in used equipment, we carefully examine each piece of machinery and then appraise its worth compared to today's market value. Our valuation process is complemented with a state of the art Internet equipment evaluating service.
